Greet & Cheese is a bespoke charcuterie board company in Austin, Texas. Founded in 2021, Greet & Cheese LLC prides itself in creating a unique, personalized charcuterie experience for its clients. What does "bespoke" mean?

Our bespoke charcuterie boards mean that each creation is made unique to you, your occasion, and your tastes. No two boards at Greet & Cheese have never been duplicated. This means that even repeat customers will get a new experience each time. This also allows us to accommodate exactly what you need. If you know you like something specific, or want us to avoid something specific, we'll make sure that your needs are met. This creative flexibility means that we can craft charcuterie boards that match the theme of your event by coordinating with your color schemes or invitations, including ingredients from a specific area, or matching certain party themes for bridal showers, baby showers, charity events, and more.

I don't need to customize my order. CAn I still order from you?

ABSOLUTELY! We pride ourselves in selecting ingredients that are delicious crowd pleasers. In fact, we prefer if our clients trust us implicitly with their orders. That means we'll handle all of your selections for you and be sure you've got something great, no matter your tastes. You can also try our simple order form, and we'll even select a variety of our creations that can work for you. No thinking necessary.

Regardless of your customization level, Greet & Cheese never duplicates a charcuterie creation. Your board will be a unique experience, no matter what.

I know I hate [Insert ingredient here]. Can you avoid those?

Sure thing. We often get requests to avoid polarizing flavors like blue cheese, olives, or anything spicy. Just put in your order notes that you've got some aversions. We're happy to accommodate.

I placed and order, but I didn't have to Pay. Is that right?

Yup! Due to the bespoke nature of Greet & Cheese creations, your order is reviewed and approved by our team before you are sent an invoice. This makes sure that we can accommodate your needs, scope, and scale of your order. After we review, we'll send you an invoice that you pay via credit card, debit card, or ACH. We currently do not accept cash or check payments.

I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER! How do I do that?

How long are your boards good for?

We guarantee the quality of our products for 48 hours. After that, your ingredients are likely still safe to consume for a few day after, if you've taken proper food hygiene steps, but they'll decline in quality as time goes on.

How far in advance do i need to order?

We prefer orders 7 days in advance, but can typically accommodate orders placed 48 hours before fulfillment. Orders placed fewer than 7 days in advance will be assessed a rush fee. The fee is $15 for orders under $300. For orders that are larger in scale, a rush fee will be assessed based on additional labor required.

what if my date isn't available?

You'll hear from our founder via the email address you provided to see if there's another date that can work for you! You will not be charged if we are unable to accomodate. This is why we recommend that you include two dates on your order form.  

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES? 

Yes we can. However, due to the nature of the ingredients on a charcuterie board, cross contamination may occur with the ingredients we have on hand.  We recommend that you specify that you have a serious allergy in your order form, so that we can take every step possible to give you a safe and enjoyable experience.

I'm picking up my order. where do I park?

Greet & Cheese is located at 906 E. Fifth Street, Austin, Texas 78702. Your order will most likely be brought to you curbside. Just text us where you're parked out of the options below, and we'll come find you. There is street parking located on: 

- 5th Street Between Brushy Street and San Marcos Street (there is a 15 minute customer service parking just west of Brew & Brew)
- Brushy Street between 5th and 6th, facing north
- San Marcos Street between 5th and 6th streets (there is a 15 minute customer service parking facing south, right at the corner of 5th and San Marcos)

Do you Deliver?

Yes. Delivery is an additional fee of $10 for delivery within 5 miles of downtown Austin. Deliveries outside of this area will be assessed an extra charge based on mileage.

Pick up is free of charge.

906 E. Fifth Street, Suite 204, Austin, Texas, 78702. We are by appointment only and do not keep ready-made inventory on hand.
