At Greet & Cheese we select only the finest cheeses for you to enjoy. With a variety of milks, producing the finest cheeses, your board may contain raw milk cheeses, and cheeses made from cows, sheep, and goats. If you have specifications about your milks, just let us know! We're happy to oblige.

Artisan sausages and salamis are the name of the game when it comes to our charcuterie boards.
(Did you know that the French word charcuterie refers to only the meats you're being served and not the cheeses, too?)
While most of our boards contain pork products, we absolutely can use beef, fish, or other products on your board. Just ask!
A fancy word for the fixins to go along with your specially curated meats and cheeses, accoutrements are the ingredients that go along with your main ingredients. On our boards, we love to use organic fresh fruit, artisan dried fruits, freshly pickled olives and other veggies, fresh herbs, local honey, organic jellies and jams, chocolate, marcona almonds, and all kinds of other treats.
